📸 BromureFilm Guarantee

At BromureFilm , we are committed to providing you with a reliable and functional film camera . All our devices are revised, tested and guaranteed for 3 months after purchase. In the event of a technical problem occurring during this period (excluding breakage or misuse), we undertake to repair or replace it.

🛠️ Quality and Review

  • 🔍 Complete inspection: shutter, advance mechanism, viewfinder and adjustments.
  • 🎞️ Real-life testing: inserting a dummy film.
  • 🔧 Repairs if necessary: ​​replacement of sealing foams, lubrication.

✅ What the warranty covers

  • Electronic and technical elements (shutter, mechanism, measuring cell, etc.).
  • A replacement if the exposure cell is inaccurate after testing.

❌ What the warranty does not cover

  • Aesthetic defects (scratches, small signs of use).
  • Accessories (lens cap, strap, etc.).
  • Improper handling (forcing rewind, improper use).
  • Failures due to improper storage (humidity, excessive heat).
  • Modifications or repairs made by a third party.
  • Use of unsuitable accessories or products (unsuitable battery, bad film, etc.).

📬 Procedure in case of problem

  • 📸 Send us photos and videos of the problem encountered.
  • 📦 Return of the device: costs at your expense within 3 months, we cover the return costs after repair.
  • Deadlines: response within 3 days, repair or exchange within 7 days after receipt.
  • 🔄 Exchange: if the device is irreparable, an equivalent model will be offered.

🔄 Device exchange details

  • A standard exchange is made with an identical or equivalent model .
  • If an identical model is not available, a device similar in range and features will be offered.
  • The exchange does not guarantee a perfect aesthetic condition , but only flawless operation.

📌 Warranty and resale by the customer

The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. If the device is resold, the BromureFilm warranty will no longer be valid.

📦 Warranty Return Conditions

  • The device must be returned carefully packaged to avoid damage during transport.
  • If the device arrives broken down and made worse by poor packaging , the warranty may be refused.
  • The shipment must always be preceded by contact with BromureFilm for validation.

⚖️ Legal notices

These conditions are subject to French law . In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing this, the competent courts of the place of residence of BromureFilm will be notified.
