The Miranda TL 200 is a point-and-shoot 35mm film camera, characterized by its simplicity and unique dual lens functionality. Also renamed the Luxon 35 TWF, this camera combines convenience and versatility, making it ideal for amateur photographers and urban explorers.
Technical specifications :
- Lenses: The TL 200 has two lenses: a standard 43mm f/8 lens and a 34mm f/5.6 wide-angle lens. The lens barrel rotates to select between the two, providing flexibility for capturing various scenes.
- Viewfinder: A small indicator on the lens barrel is visible in the viewfinder and points to one of the two frame lines, indicating whether the standard lens is selected.
- Film Speeds: The camera can be set to two film speeds - 100/200 or 400 ISO, using a switch on the rear.
- Film Advance: The film is manually advanced using a dial behind the shutter release and rewound with a crank on top.
- Flash: The manual flash is powered by 2 AA batteries, which also power the low light warning LED on the rear. Activating the flash widens the aperture by removing the aperture ring from behind the lens.
- Exposure: With a fixed shutter speed and constant aperture regardless of film speed, the camera provides a simple and straightforward photographic experience.
