Introduced in the late 1980s, notably at SITI 89 , the Konica MT-100 follows in the grand tradition of simple, reliable, and well-designed film compact cameras. It completes the Konica range with an affordable camera designed for everyday use, without complex settings.

With its fixed 34mm lens , fully motorized drive, and automatic exposure, the MT-100 lets you focus solely on the essentials: framing and shooting. It's an ideal camera for discovering film photography or for practicing spontaneous, street-style photography.

The Konica MT-100 features a fixed focus , optimized from 1.2m to infinity , making it quick to use and very forgiving for everyday scenes. Film speed is automatically detected via DX encoding ( ISO 100, 200, and 400 ), eliminating any unnecessary adjustments.

The camera has a built-in flash , which can be left in automatic mode or activated manually depending on the situation. A 10-second self-timer , which can be disabled, is also included for group photos or self-portraits.

Its ergonomics are well thought out, with simple controls located at the front of the body, and LEDs in the viewfinder indicating flash availability and focus confirmation.
