Technical details and operation

The Yashica MF-1 is equipped with a bright f/2.8 lens , which allows it to capture enough light to take successful photos even in dark conditions, without always resorting to flash. Thanks to its zone focus system, you choose the sharpness zone using icons representing approximate distances (portrait, group, landscape, etc.), which makes it quick to use once you get the hang of it.

The built-in cell detects the light level: if the scene is too dark, a light alert prompts you to trigger the built-in flash , which is easy to activate with the touch of a finger. The motorized film advance adds a touch of comfort, although rewinding remains manual.
